middle rear belt problem - blocked seat S90-V90

I've made it again...
When I put down my rear seats, left one with seat belt do not want to go back in vertical position.
In this moment, I have to unscrew belt under this closed seat back and unlock it.
Does belt roller have any protection against changed position of this seat or I have to always pull out belt, catch it/block it that it will be not rolled in?

How it is in yours wagons ???
