Its only getting worst now. After my car sits for more than 3 hours, it takes 5 sets of cranking to get it running. The first 4 either end up with the "overcrank" noise or with the car starting for a few seconds and then stumbling to death. On the 5 try or so, car starts and runs with no further problems. Like i said, it's only a cold start problem. When ever i start after it has been running, start perfectly.
So far i have done the following:
-cleaned the throttle and the Idle Air Control motor
-checked for air leaks (none found)
-check for spark
-changed the dist. cap
-installed a new fuel pump check valve
-cleaned the injectors
What else could be the problem? Anyone think it could be the ECT? Just a thought. Any help would be wonderful.
Thanks
