First, this may have been covered, and I missed it, but what has happened to the Vclassics site? It hasn't been updated for months.
Second, I posted a while back about my really loud wagon, and I'm happy to say that it must have been a combination of Tinnitus(sp?), a head cold, and a rattly exhaust. After checking the exhaust and fixing the offending area, I'm proud to say that it isn't any noisier that any air-cooled VW I've ever owned! I've been driving it a lot and love it more each time I drive it. My problem now is that I worry that some SUV driving, cell phone wielding person will drive into me. I'll get over that soon, as it tells me that I care for the car more that my others... Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
