Cruise Control retro-fit possible? 200 1988

Is it possible to install cruise control on my wifes '88 245? Where would I purchase such a thing? Do they have kits? (is it a job for the DIY-er?)
A pick and pull is not really an option since I live in Tennessee right now and Volvos are quite rare around here. Pickup trucks yes. Volvos no.

Any help on this is appreciated.
