It will fit an all stock B20b with 4-speed, about a 100K on the block (or so the story goes). Performance isn't an issue, but if it can be had within the confines of a straight-forward, cam replacement, that's fine. The goal is a reasonable daily driver.
Planning on new timing gears. Thinking of new rods and lifters - from what I read that decision may already have been made for me.
Can you suggest some names, retailers?
And of course, any "Learned the Hard Way" advice welcomed by a limited experience but mechanically inclined, home schooled knuckle buster working in a freezing cold garage.
