Stripped bolt on rim please help!!!!!!!! 200

i have a set of virago rims. its winter here now in canada so after taking off three of these rims and going to the fourth i discovered it had two stripped bolts. the wrenches just slip off. with the virago's the bolts in and inch deep. so its difficult to get at. with a torque wrench it was set to 90 foot-lbs. so its hard to get the non-stripped off even. SO what can i do to get the stripped bolts off?? please help!!!!! Thank you
