How often do you re-fill your SU's? 120-130

So I was just wondering about the dashpot oil. I use ATF in the SU's and I'm empty after about three months since the last check. Is this close to normal?

Maybe I should be checking these as often as the oil (every other time I fill up).

These are rebuilt SU's, about nine months use.

Just want to find out if there is anything amiss.
