VINYL CARGO COVER FOR WAGON--WANT TO CHANGE COLOR SEM PRODUCT?

Am contemplating buying a used cargo cover for our '89 wagon--dark blue vinyl--our interior is "charcoal"--heard about a product called "SEM"--supposed to be great for this--anyone else? (Hard to find a used one in good condition in black cloth especially)--our interior is cloth--we think a black vinyl cargo cover would prob be OK.--New too much $$$$$! Feedback? Opinions? Thanks again.
