Wagon tailgate squeaks, how to fix? 200 1984

On my 245 when i hit bumps my tailgate squeaks, i recently found out that it likes to move back and forth just slightly and the lil' rubber feet are squeaking on the metal body. My tailgate shocks are tights as a whistle. I have noticed when i have the back end loaded with guitar amps and heavy stuff it doesn't make much of any noise at all. Has anyone else had this problem with thier wagons? Is there a trick to fixing this?, it is getting annoying.
