Clunk when shifting into Drive or Reverse 700

Hello all,

I have an 87 760t that clunks and jerks when I shift from park to reverse or drive. Is this a result of worn out universal joints in the driveshaft? What are other possible causes, engine/trans mounts, transmission problem etc? Also what type/size u-joints do I have, there seem to be several listed for this model? Thanks in advance.
