SAM ECU Upgrade??? 200

Hey gang,
Ok, so I'm def considering the Enem/Unitek V15 cam upgrade and wondering if anyone knows about Sam Steffansson's 240 ECU upgrade for the B230F. The description says with stock air filter and exhaust it yields a min of 150HP. So with the Unitek V15, mod airbox and filter, and sport exhaust, would this purchase (ECU) be worth it for the HP increase, or are we talking about an insane amount of money for this upgrade??
