240 will not start 200 1989

My 240 DL wagon just died, lost power. Had ythe battery changed, new alternater, ran for a day then died again. had the battery recharged so I could get home, and it would not start, just turn and turn, check the plugs and they are wet, check for spark and i have spark, but will not start. HELP!!
