parking brake cable 900 1992

Hello all...

my 940GL seems to have a broken parking brake cable. Since it is 20F here, I'm not anxious to get this started before figuring out what is involved...can anyone offer any insight (is this a 1 hour job or are there a lot of tricky steps)? Is there a usual point of failure for the cable?
