'clunk' in front right wheel. Fix it before selling? 200 1991

'91 240 sedan/auto.

When I go over a small bump, I hear and feel a light 'clunk' only on the front right wheel. Any idea what it could be?

Btw - I'm trying to sell this car. Need to make space on the driveway for snow for the winter. :) I think it'll sell better if this was fixed, but want to know how much it'd cost. Am I crazy? Should I just let the buyer take care of it?
