What did this head come off of? 200 1983

I just bought a head off ebay (for $31, how could I go wrong?) It was billed as coming off of an '84 B23F, so I expected it would likely be a 398 casting, maybe an SCP if I was lucky. Now, I'm sitting here puzzling over it. It is date-coded as an '84. It's stamped as a 160 casting, but it doesn't have the K-Jet injector holes. It's also an SCP, which I didn't think was available in a 160 casting. To top it off, there's a T-cam sitting in it. **Sound of neurons sizzling**

Could this be off an '84 B23FT? Is there any way to visually identify the Na-filled valves? Just wondering where this puppy came from...
