Suddenly - Heavy Fuel Consumption 200 1986

Hello Folks,
My 1986 244 was running fine for the last month. It was a little rough on startup but after a few minutes, it smoothed out fine.

Last night on the way home, noticed it was getting rough. Also noticed some heavy fuel smoke and rapid fuel consumption - almost did not make it home.

I did not see a start injector on the 86.

Help please
