turbo gauges 200

Hi,

I have an 84 242 intercooler turbo with four dash gauges from L to R in this order: turbo in inches, turbo in colored ranges (yellow etc), oil pressure and volts. The colored gauge is not connected and my question is whether i should bother connecting a line to it since the inches gauge seems to be working fine.
