Which harness??? 200 1984

Hi,
My '84 245 no longer has license plate lights or rear defrost, the rear wiper never worked when I got the car, so i don't know if the motor is bad or not.

I am wondering which harness these belong to, the Left or thr Right???
What is the procedure for replacing a harness???
