No longer a blower motor virgin 200

I did it. The first time I assume will be the worst. Took advantage of a day off work due to snow. Now I wonder why the new motor makes a racket when I change speeds, it does shut up within 4 or 5 seconds?

I especially enjoyed the part where I kept forgetting something on the driver's side and had to remove the cover and clips 2 extra times!
