switched to Mobil 1 10W-30 @ about 76k
car runs great, no oil loss yet, but really needed oil change at 4k
it was running a little rough, must of knocked something loose
ran great after change

have heard alot of talk about extending period between oil changes with syn, is 10k too much?

is 10w-30 the best grade for my car?
