Today was the first time I've used the defogger (this car sucks in the snow BTW. Isnt it supposed to be from Sweden?!) and I had a problem. It worked fine for about 20 minutes (turned it back on twice after the auto-timer shut it off). The 3rd time the fuse blew instantly. So I put in another 30 amp fuse. Blew it the second I hit the switch. So there's a problem there. Is this a common problem? Anywhere I should check first for a short? Also, the fuse wasnt in when I first got the car. Now I know why :)
Second question involves door speakers. My car dosent have them, so I popped the grill off and cut the hole out in the vinyl. I noticed what looked like speaker wires in there. Neato. Now how hard is it going to be to find where they enter the car so i can wire my stereo to it? One more thing. Where is the amp for the rear speakers? I know it's in the passengers side dash, but I cant figure out how to remove the glove box. I removed the 2 10mm nuts on the bottom but it didnt seem to want to budge.
