Ok, so the car was running (finally) but this morning (ofcourse when I have a dead cell phone) the car just died. Heres what happened.
Basicly, just drove it, and I was accelerating from a stop and it just died, like it ran out of fuel, but did not stumble. Just flat out shut down. Course, I freaked out (been losing freezeplugs, just got that figured all out) so I looked under the car right away and thank god there wasn't an Exxon number two event under the car.
So, the motor cranks over fine, once or twice would sort of light off, very very momentarily and immeditly shut down. So, that lets me know it has spark atleast, and fuel possibly but not enough to do anything to actually run the car.
Throttle position doesn't make a difference. Now, I haven't had a chance to check the fuses (long work day and basicly I was to pissed to look) but it could be that simple. But, what worries me is why it would blow the fuse in the first place.
I guess I should give you the lowdown on the car. Brand new rebuilt b21ft, wiring harness, super 60, m46, blah blah blah. lots of goodies.
Thanks guys!
Doug
