Speedo lighting 200

Ok, I used to have an 85 mph speedo in my 82 242ti. I swapped in a 85 244ti 120 unit, (the entire cluster) and I can not get any lights to come on (illumination, not warning) at all. Has new bulbs, so I'm thinking I'm not hooking up something right.

What I've noticed is there is more things on the back of the 85 for wires to hook up and such.

ahh, I'm probably just being retarded.
