Auto to manual 200

What's required to convert a BW55 auto to a manual. I assume bell housing, linkage, hang clutch pedal, new brake pedal. Am pondering major upgrades to my current 240 or find a turbo manual. Any thoughts would be weighed carefully. Thanks Brickers.
