Knock, Knock Follow Up 200 1985

Thank you all for your help. I have good news about my B230F non-turbo engine.
I checked the engine compression (cylinders 1-4): 160, 163, 165, 166
I put in 20 oz of Chevron/Techron and the knocking has reduced in volume at 70%. I'm tempted to put in another 20 oz to see if I can get rid of all the knocking.
