dash panel removal - change bulb 900 1992

Volvo 940 GLE 1992 16v B234F 50K miles

Hi all,

On my '92 940 the dash bulb to light up the rear defroster and power sunroof switches (between climate controlls and ignition switch) is burnt. I need to remove the black plastic trim to get to it. How do I remove this? Any screws, if so, where? Is it clipped on? Should I pry it carefully with a screwdriver?
It looks like it is one piece plastic across the steering column, and I don't want to crack it.

Any advice would help.

Thanks!
