Ok...these are two totally unrelated questions, but two issues I am having with my car right now.

1) The hose that connects to the windsheild washer fluid resivior from the nozzles on the hood keeps popping off. Is there any way short of stopping after I use it every time to put it back on to keep it on or am I just gonna have to live with it falling off?

2) The drivers seat heater doesn't work but the passengers does (I found this out when it was eight degrees the other night and my butt was FREEZING where my passenger was complaining hers was getting too hot)...what in the world would cause this?
