Fuel Injector question 200 1983

I replaced the injectors with some new ones from autozone. A Volvo mechanic said they must be an EXACT replacement for the Bosch numbers. Has anyone had any trouble with this? They LOOKED identical, but this could be the reason I have high Nox(running lean). Opinions?
