Help with Radio in 1989 Volvo 240 DL 200 1989

Hey,

I'm replacing the radio in my 1989 Volvo 240 DL. First off, there is no harness in there to disconnect so I'm doing it manually. I got the radio out, snipped the wires and stripped them. The only problem is the wire colors dont match the colors of the wires on my new radio. I found out from an earlier post that:

black = ground
green = constant power supply
blue wire that changes to a yellow/black wire beyond the connector is ignition power supply
red is the power antenna power supply from the radio to the antenna

speakr wiring
LF - is a white wire
LF + is blue/white which changes to yellow/white
RF + is blue/white which changes to yellow/gray
RF - is blue which changes to a gray wire

The wires coming from the car are colored: Blue with a white stripe, Blue, Orange, Brown, White with a blue stripe, Green, Gray, Red, Yellow, and Black. So the problem I have is I don't have the negative wires for the left and right front speakers. I tried tracing them from the speakers but had no luck, even after I removed the glovebox.

The thing is, I hooked up the positive wires to try it out and I get audio but as soon as I change the song etc it goes out and I have to disconnect the wires and put them back together to get audio again.

My one other question has to do with the rear speakers. I don't have any wires coming up to the dash for them because they are wired into an AMP which is back under the dash behind the glove box. My question is, how can I wire my new CD Deck to the rear speakers?

All help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
