alternator belts replacement? 200 1985

hi,

planning on replacing the alternator belts with a matched set on the turbo tonight. was wondering what the procedure is so i know how much time to budget. don't have my bentley handy. do i take the pulley wheel off the crank, take off the p.s./a.c. belts and then replace the alternator belts in that order or are there any short cuts (time-wise)? thanks.
