my first car being a volvo ('87 240)i am unsure of what the chances of passing the emmisions here in ontario are like. my volvo runs at a perfect 725RPM no surges no loss of power (it runs just fine) to me. i have no experience with volvo does anyone here have any problems passing if they have a good running volvo. please feel free to share any stories thanks a ton!!
