ai have a 82 glt with b23e engine (136 hp) and the gas mileage does not seem to ge as good as my 83 glt with the same engine I just checked the fuel flow at the injectors and the patern is good.Ignition timing is good ,lots of power,starts good in cold or warm weather.Getting about 200 km on 20 dollars of high test,84 cents per litre here.any sugestions guys,maybe the fuel pressure regulator? Pulled all the plugs out and one was completely white but seemed to be firing ok all others dark tan.no vacuum leaks or coolant leaks that I can find.I adjusted the CO mixture screw so I am hoping that may have a good effect on it.Has any one had a similar problem.Have any of you guys had problems with this engine getting it through emissions testing.we do not have emissions testing in this province yet but it may be on the way.Hopefully the car will be exempt because of its age
