Trans Mount 960? 900 1995

I get a clunk type sound when placing the trans in either reverse or drive. It's especially noticable when moving the car for the first time upon start up since engine is cold and idle higher. No shudder or vibration felt while accelerating.
Car has approx 122K on it and was wondering if it sounds like a worn trans mount or maybe something else? If it's the mount, what's involved in replacing it and how long should it take?

P.S. Looking to install an ambient temp sensor. Does anyone have the part# and price?
