Hi all,
Was wondering if there were any out there who have performed the tempcompboard-edectomy (removing it and jumping pins 1 and 3) referenced in the Archives and what their experience was in terms of temperature gauge stability? I believe "The Don" said the gauge behaviour would be "frisky" or something like that after removing the temp comp board. I'll take any behaviour that is remotely accurate after years of cleaning, squeezing pins, etc - seems like every six months I have to take it out and then it's like clockwork, six months later the gauge starts moving around again.
Thanks,
Robb
