cold start heater hose question, mounting. 200 1984

1984 245 DL

I went to go replace my cold start heater hose, the metal one from the exhaust manifold to the air filter box, when i realized there is not hook up harness bolted onto the exhaust manifold. It apparently was never there, cause there are no holes to bolt anything into. I did pick up a harness from the yard off of a same car (84 245, blue even like mine) so i have one, but how should i mount it???

Any advice is appreciated,
