HORRIBLE Gas Mileage...HELP 700 1987

I don't know what the problem is, but I drive about 150 miles on a TANK of gas, Premium Unleaded 93 Octane, I'm getting maybe 15 MPG... Granted I drive 80 miles per day for work in SOME stop & go traffic. I've replaced plugs, wires, cap & rotor, fuel air& oil filters, new front calipers, alignment, new tires (225/50/15)@ 35 PSI all around, new IPD Cat back Exhaust, New O2 sensor and even tried to delete the factory catalytic converter with 177K miles to help flow or eliminate a possible restriction...I don't know what to do!!! The car is in EXCELLENT shape inside & out. I don't want to get rid of the car, but I got better mileage from a 5 liter Mustang that I used to have.

ANY SUGGESTIONS???? I'm open to any ideas anyone may have..
