heated seats 900 1993

I've got a 1993 940t. In general it's very reliable. However, I've got some quirky electrical issues. The most recent are that the heated seats don't heat up. The lights on the switches turn on but I get no heat. Also, if I try to adjust the electric mirrors and the radio is on, the fuse goes out. Any ideas of how to fix one or both issues?
