How to ship B23 short Block? 200

Has anyone shipped a short block? I think a wooden crate is needed and truck shipping (150 lbs).
I'll check with my buddies at auto parts store tomorrow to see what they recieve short blocks on. Perhaps I can scavange one to use for the B23.
Or should I make one by carpenter skills?
