Help me make up my mind 700

Ok, here is the deal. In July, I bought a bit of a banger for 150 dollars, a 1988 745 TIC manual with 290k miles. On this car, I have replaced the following:

Rear shocks
Water pump
Radiator
One rear light cluster
Timing belt
Distributor
Rotor
Track rod ends
Fuel pressure regulator
In-tank fuel pump
One electric mirror motor
One electric window motor
One door and the bonnet
Rear window wiper motor and trailing arm
Rear window washer pump
All radiator hoses
One tyre

The following needs doing

Brakes
Possibly main fuel pump
Headgasket (likely)
O2 sensor
Thermostat
One more tyre

There is also some damage on one rear wheel arch with some rust

Now, I could do this or I could use this car for spares, I run two more 700 estates. It was bought for my sister-in-law and she prefers automatics. Now, I have found a 1991 740 NA automatic with everything the turbo has plus air condition. This car has 180k miles and looks very good, however it does need a new starter and and might quite possibly need new bushings here and there, brakes and maybe the shocks are gone too. I cannot make up my mind on this one. I would not lose much money on the turbo but I do not like giving up half-way and the engine is still basically strong and powerful, and the car runs straight and stable. What do you guys think?

George
