Evaporator Drain?? 200 1986

Bricksters,
OK here in Sydney Australia we have had very little rain and it is getting into summer now. Before washing the car today I vacuumed and the drivers side floor (opposite to US drivers side)...it is soaking wet....no rain...Air-con on all the time...No dripping under the car when A/C is on....Hence condensate is staying in the car.
Trouble is I can not see the drain under the car and Bentley and Haynes are no use. Any tips before I start exploratory surgery?
