Heater Fan Switch stopped responding 700

My heater fan switch suddenly stopped operating this week. No response at any of the speed settings. Fuse checked out fine. With a 12V tester I checked the incomming wire to the switch but am not showing any power. Wondering if anybody has any advice on diagnostics or other things I should check for.
