what to do with broken 561 ECU? 700 1989

I'm cleaning out my garage and came across a broken 561 ECU from one of my former 740s. As I recall this ECU would run the car, but fuel milage was horrible (around 10) and it wouldn't pass inspection either. What should I do with it? Should I throw it away or maybe list it on ebay (as a broken part)? Anyone here want it for the cost of shipping?
