is $5995 a good price for a one owner '92 245...

103,000 miles
maintained at the same mechanic, oil changes every 3,000 miles, etc.
NO rust.
new exhaust, water pump
NO oil leaks/leaks of any kind
third seat
auto tranny
power windows
center armrest
perfect body/interior
nonsmoker
new tires
air bag
ABS
etc.

I'm faced with sinking anothe $700 into my '89, it's getting to the point where I might just sell it and get something in perfect shape, rather than keeping the constant uphill battle with my car, 219,000 miles and which was abused by the previous owner... needs alternator, exhaust, water pump, seals, bushings, etc. thoughts are welcome.
