Testing Sensors Under Intake Manifold 200 1981

I want to test the three sensors on the head under the intake manifold on my 81 non-turbo 4 cylinder. The IPD catalogue says they're easy to test with a multimeter, but does not describe how or list specs. Can anyone help with this?
