Leak around top of R/H A piller 200

I am reposting this here from my bricks post:

Well, it's played Seattle here today ;-) (no offense intended but I've never been to Seattle without it raining) and I hopped in the 240, made it up to the end of the street, and when I put the brakes on a pretty good stream of water ran out at the top of the R/H A piller - CRAP!

I got back home and cranked the sunroof back and it looked pretty dry and the drains in the front looked to be open, I even poked a wire down about 4-5 inches and it came out clean. Wassup!!?? Are these drains rubber or plastic tubing or are they metal? Are there rear drains too? If metal I'll give them a blast with some compressed air...

Thanks...
