Relocate flame trap above the intake ? 200

I want to relocate the flame trap above the intake on my 1984 240 for easier access . I know about the IPD kit but I want to do it want to just buy the hoses and do it other right away . What size (diameter and length) and type of hoses and nipples are required ? -thanks
