Slight drop in idle 900 1992

When I turn on the heat I get a slight drop in the idle...this continues on a consistent basis. Once in a while it drops a little lower ( where it feels like it is going to shut off..but never does). When I turn off the heat this stops.

I have cleaned the throttle body. It is due for tune up in the spring. Has anyone had this problem? What could be causing this?
