slight idle drop after stopping 900 1995

Hello all, recently I noticed a slight idle drop occuring right after I stop on my 1995 960. It seems to drop from 800 rpm to 600 rpm and holds steady from there. Any advise. Could it be a vaccum leak. Thanks.
