Looking for good 240 Turbo wheels, question about cold air intake.. 200

Hey there. I'm looking for some 240 Turbo "Virgo" wheels for one of my 240s. This particular one is a light blue 1993 wagon and I think it'd look good with some. Also, I found a place where I can buy a cold air intake kit that simply moves the filter right smack behind the grill. Will this do alot for my car's performance/horsepower? Please let me know if you have any information with any of these.
