Fuel filter 200

I'm trying I'm trying to change my fuel filter on my cis '81. I can't get the nipple adapter unscrewed from the engine side of the filter, any suggestions or recommendations on where I can buy a new nipple? The old one is kind've ahhh... chewed up a little bit now. Thanks.
